_Nicole Connell is the Vice President of Operations for Lov’n My Curves. She works alongside the CEO to devise strategies and policies to ensure the organization meets its goals and leverages human capital to achieve goals and business strategy.

Nicole is a public servant and has devoted her career to addressing challenges that impact individual and community health and quality of life. This passion and devotion to service inspired her to be part of the Lov’n My Curves team. 

Shifting the paradigm for how the world embraces, engages, and accommodates individuals of size and stature aligns with Nicole’s equity values. As a plus-size woman with lived experience, Nicole identifies personally with the stigma and lack of suitable accommodations plus-size individuals experience across many aspects of life, including, but not limited to, beauty and fashion. 

Having appropriate options empowers individuals to thrive across their personal and professional environments and ultimately promotes positive self-image and esteem. Despite existing fashion gaps and disparities in size accommodations, Nicole has always maintained a positive self-image and a strong sense of personal style that evolved as she educated herself on flattering styles for the petite curvy body.  

Nicole is motivated to help others as they navigate their journey toward self-assurance, self-love, and self-acceptance. The key to “lov’n your curves” is acceptance, creativity, and remaining true to yourself.
